The Pearl Package-$3,000.00
*All day coverage-(1 hour before ceremony through reception formalities)-up to 6 hours (additional time may be purchased but I don't want you to pay for something you don't need) trust me with 26 ys and over 400 weddings under my belt...6 hours is more than enough coverage time for 95 out of 100 weddings)
*Unlimited images-basic editing and color balanced
*Online viewing/ordering for family & friends-ready in just 2-4 weeks and available until your 10th anniversary!

*Copyright release form to allow you to make your own reprints & enlargements

ADDITIONAL ITEMS & INFORMATION
*Travel fees are quoted on an individual basis; there are never travel fees for locations 90 miles or less from the studio.
*Extra time-With a package, the rate for additional time is $350 per hour over 6 hours for Primary Photographer (me) and $100 per hour for Second Photographer (if requested).
A $500.00 Non Refundable Retainer Fee is required to hold the wedding date/retain my services and will be applied to your total. Half of the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding date, with final payment due on the wedding day.
Cancellations must be in writing. Any cancellation with less than 30 days prior notice will not be eligible for refunds of amounts already paid.
In the case of a last minute wedding (booked less than 30 days prior to the wedding date) 50% of the total is required as a retainer fee, with final payment of the remaining 50% on the wedding day.
A meal is to be provided for the photographer (s) and her assistant (should she/they require one).

Please note: there will be an additional 3% charge added to your total if you are paying your total with a credit card. A $30.00 fee will also be charged on any returned checks. Payments are expected on the dates listed on the contract. After 7 days, a late fee of $20.00 per day will be assessed. If payment in full is not received on/before the wedding date, the contract is considered null and void and all payments made will be non refundable.
